FreshTerra, the fresh and gourmet food retail brand owned by Elixiir Foods, is opening its second store at Elan Epic in Gurugram — just two months after launching its flagship outlet in the city. The opening marks an early milestone in the company's plan to expand across Delhi NCR.
The first store has helped the company understand consumer preferences and category demand, with private-label products accounting for more than 55 percent of total sales and a customer base of over 5,000 shoppers.
Format and Growth Plan
Founded by Arvind Mediratta and Ambuj Narayan, Elixiir Foods is building FreshTerra as a food-focused organised retail format centred on fresh produce, meat and protein, dairy, staples and everyday essentials, combining offline retail with home delivery. The flagship store features live food preparation experiences including fresh flour milling, spice grinding and cold-pressed oil production, alongside an in-store café.
