South Korean private equity firm Orchestra Private Equity has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in low-cost coffee franchise Mammoth Coffee and coffee bean roaster Seojin Roasters for approximately 100 billion won (about $66.3 million).
The deal establishes Orchestra PE's seventh fund, bringing its cumulative assets under management to roughly 450 billion won, and completes a vertical integration spanning green bean sourcing through to distribution.
