Shake Shack confirmed a master franchise agreement with Bold Hospitality, which will hold exclusive development rights in Brazil. Mauro Guardabassi will lead Shake Shack Brazil as president, overseeing site selection, openings and local operations.
Bold Hospitality, formed in 2025 from Vinci Compass and Bloomin' Brands, already runs more than 200 Outback, Abbraccio and Aussie sites.
